Albert Hall Mansions

We understand that all buildings are unique, but the common thread running through everything we do is a focus on people and relationships.

Overview

In 2012, EKA prepared a Reinstatement Cost Assessment for Block 4 Albert Hall Mansions, a prestigious and well-known building overlooking the world-famous concert hall, and within the Knightsbridge Conservation Area.

The following year, we were instructed to manage the external repair and restoration of the external building façades. During these works, a fire broke out causing major damage to the building and Earl Kendrick were appointed to assess the damage and coordinate the repairs to the areas affected.

Having undertaken the RCA, we were especially well-placed to take on this responsibility. More recently we have managed the refurbishment of both the main communal areas and rear staircase areas, incorporating essential fire protection and upgrade works.
