The diverse nature of work undertaken in the practice means each candidate gains a broad range of experience. They are able to develop their competencies as laid down by the RICS by working on relevant projects supervised by experienced Chartered Surveyors.
The varied backgrounds of our Qualified Surveyors ensures there is always someone in the team who is able to offer knowledge and experience. We hold regular CPD events, as well as weekly APC workshops run by our Senior Surveyors. We also have a number of recently qualified surveyors in the team, who are able to impart the benefit of their experience of the APC process to assist the candidates in putting together their Summary of Experience and Critical Analysis and preparing for their Professional Interview. Our managing director Julian Davies is a past chairman of the London Matrics, while our building surveyor Zoë Walheim is currently chair of the Sussex Matrics.
“Earl Kendrick is committed to the career advancement of its graduate recruits. This is a working environment in which we are encouraged to ask questions and to learn every day.”
Aittia Mahmood, Interior Designer and Assistant Building Surveyor
“Having recently passed my APC, I really appreciate the fact that the whole team at Earl Kendrick is behind the graduate recruits and committed to helping them progress. The opportunity to work directly with our managing director Julian Davies is a real plus.”
Josh Teague, Chartered Building Surveyor
