The 2015 LEASE Annual Conference took place this year on 4th February 2015.
Julian Davies MRICS, Managing Director of EKA, was invited to speak at this year’s conference.
Julian ran a workshop on the topic of Major Works projects which covered recent case law, common issues, procedures and tools to ensure the smooth running of major works projects and Julian also presented some interesting case studies and examples.
The event was attended by delegates from both the private and public sectors and across the professions and the event covered key developments in leasehold including initiatives such as Help to Buy, the new redress scheme for managing agents, and many others.
