Earl Kendrick Associates named Surveyor of the year for the fourth consecutive year

At an award ceremony and dinner held at Wembley on Thursday 1 December, Earl Kendrick Associates made it four in a row by winning Surveyor of the Year yet again at News on the Block’s prestigious Property Management Awards (propertymanagementawards.co.uk).

Earl Kendrick’s Managing Director Julian Davies said, “We are delighted to have been recognised once again as being at the cutting edge of the surveying business. This award is a tribute to our fantastic team, and I am proud of them all. It is especially satisfying that the award comes at the end of a year in which we have made significant changes to our business, not resting on our laurels after last year’s hat trick, but striving to do even better.”

Those changes include moving to new premises in London’s Victoria, as well as opening a new office in Brighton. Earl Kendrick has also undergone a major rebrand and reorganisation, with a new logo and website reflecting a transformation of how the business operates. Each key service now has an expert team of professionals with its own brand identity, from EK Flat Surveys and to EK Commercial Services, EK Major Works to EK Design. This year, Earl Kendrick also merged the Party Wall side of its business with McQuade Property Consultancy to make EK McQuade, which specialises in Party Wall matters.

Davies comments, “What each service has in common is the same dedication to customer service combined with technical expertise and an up-to-date understanding of the relevant legal and statutory context for any given project. It is that dedication that has underpinned our success as a business – and our three previous Surveyor of the Year awards – and I look forward to taking things to the next level in 2017.”
