Completed late August 2019, this striking Grade II listed Victorian property underwent a programme of external repairs and redecorations to front and rear elevations.
Through the boutique managing agent based in Chelsea, the necessary funding and ‘section 20′ notices were professionally dealt with, as were the management of the finances and the leaseholders’ expectations.
Our role as contract administrator went equally smoothly, especially once the scaffold was successfully taken over the roof and down the other side for the rear elevation works.
A £140k contract sum project, the share of freehold company and leaseholders were delighted that the works came in £10k under budget and to such a high standard. A stunning result.
