EK RCA was instructed to carry out a full elemental reinstatement cost assessment of Chelsea Creek, on the boundary of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, adjacent to Chelsea Harbour.

Chelsea Creek consists of multiple luxurious canal side apartments, bringing a typically European lifestyle to central London.  Totalling 839 flats, prime commercial office units and countless amenities, Chelsea Creek has it all. Residents benefit from gym and pool access, a large underground parking area and a 24-hour concierge. A Thames view also gives the development an added level of extravagance.

With EK having valued the development at over £360 million (declared value), there is no doubt Chelsea Creek is high end London real estate. Residents range from footballers to bankers, all of whom will need deep pockets to pay the service charges!
