Earl Kendrick (London) Limited acted on behalf of the tenant, ahead of their upcoming lease expiry for this former office to ascertain their liability and the likely upcoming claim from the landlord.

In turn, this allowed the tenant to prepare for their upcoming claim, and provided an indicator of what the tenant should except from the claim.

As part of our instruction, we reviewed all tenure documentation (including any licences to alter, leases and the appended schedule of condition), and produced a Schedule of Dilapidations accordingly and our summary letter providing further input on our client’s liability and any potentially contentious items.
