As part of our instruction, EK reviewed all tenure documents to ascertain liabilities (including all leases and licences available), attended site, and conducted our survey of the former office, checking the current configuration to that of which was required by the tenure documentation.
We identified a number of alterations requiring reinstatement, redecoration works and repairs to defects throughout the demise. On this basis, EK prepared the Schedule of Dilapidations and our summary letter providing further information to the client regarding their position and any contentious items.
