Our EK London team have recently completed works involving the complete strip out and reconfiguration of the basement to 1st floor from a single dilapidated commercial unit to prime retail and Pied a Terre apartment; enabling an excellent revenue stream for our commercial partner client.
The staircase was relocated from Basement to 1st floor, bronzed shop front install and shell fit-out to retail unit (ready for incoming tenant), with all new mains electric feed.
We also completed the conversion of the 1st floor into to a compact residential apartment.
All the works were undertaken whilst the residents in the upper floors were in occupation.
EK managed the successful planning application for change of use, full design (with support from variety of specialists), specification and project management.
