Reinstatement Cost Assessment Services

Overview

Another highly anticipated Candy Brothers’ development, in the epicentre of London’s elite. Located in the heart of Chelsea, just off the Fulham Road. 21 Manresa Road is an historic building over 100 metres long and contains 17 totally unique properties. We were instructed to carry out a reinstatement cost assessment.

The 19th century Victorian building was part of King’s College, before its redesign and development by Multiplex. The historic building in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea now offers mammoth apartments varying in size from 600 to over 1000 sq m. It was once home to the most expensive flat in the city and around 30 times larger than the average London home. The flat contains 22ft-high ceilings and boasts eight bedrooms plus staff quarters.

Internally the building is split into two cores, in both of which you will find exquisite decor with premium furnishing. Every flat is bespoke, having initially been bought as shell and core properties, so owners had a complete say in all aspects.

Housing just 17 properties and a declared value over £70m, there is no question we believe it is at the top end of London’s luxury living.
