The EK South team carried out a PMP inspection of nineteenth century perimeter walls at a historic royal dockyard, located within a conservation area, just a stone’s throw away from the historic Upnor Castle, to identify future maintenance requirements.
Following the inspection we produced a 5 year planned maintenance programme with recommendations for repairs accompanied by budget costs.
The team used photographic montage techniques as a visual reference point within the report.
