At Sinclair Road in West Kensington, our client occupied a commercial office building that was too large for their requirements. They asked us to help them decide whether to sell the building as offices or convert the building to residential use.
We prepared a feasibility study demonstrating the capital value that could be achieved by developing the site , and were subsequently appointed as Project Manager to implement and oversee the redevelopment works converting the existing building into 5 self-contained, high quality residential apartments.
