A Full Building Survey was carried out on this Georgian farmhouse located in a charming, rural village setting. The construction of the property included a historic timber frame roof with slate roof covering and natural Cotswold stone walls, with a late Victorian/early twentieth two storey century extension and more recent extensions enclosing various outbuildings. Differential settlement was picked up between the extension and original buildings and a live toad was found near the cellar’s sump pump!

I have already recommended earl Kendrick a few times and would be very happy to use them again. It was a pleasure to work with them. Thank you both.‘”
