At Tregunter Road in Chelsea, our role involved advising the RTM Company on whether there were any Party Wall implications associated with maintenance and repair works scheduled for the exterior of the building. Our detailed review and probing of the proposals established that a defective chimney stack would most likely need to be re-built rather than having localised repairs. We then handled all associated Party Wall matters on behalf of our appointing owner prior to works commencing on site.
