A 2 acre estate of outbuildings and tiered walled gardens built on a hill a short drive from Cheltenham. The site was a recent redevelopment of an older smaller property and included new septic tanks, underfloor heating, boosted wall insulation throughout and underground concrete reinforcement of the various retaining walls holding up sections of the garden. We carried out a building survey for the incoming owner which identified various trees requiring near-term husbandry and hope to provide advice on the conversion one of the outbuildings into further accommodation.
