Part of a Georgian complex of agricultural buildings originally connected with the weaving industry. Partitioned from the rest in the 1980s and then benefitting from an attic conversion in 2005. We identified a number of overdue cyclical maintenance activities and potential issues with the electrics and historic lath and plaster ceilings, and a small section of external stonework near the location of the main chimney which was bulging and required further work.
