Earl Kendrick attended the site at a time convenient for the client and conducted a survey including the use of a drone.
After the survey was completed, a comprehensive report was given to the client giving them information to how the building is fabricated, what current defects are present or likely to occur, where the building is lacking in building standards such as insulation and what should be looked into to rectify any concerns. Additionally, Earl Kendrick provided recommended legal enquiries regarding the nature of the buildings heritage
A comprehensive photo album included in the reports appendix was provided.
The use of a drone allowed for the aged roofs to be inspected in detail, therefore thorough information was able to be conveyed to the client regarding the building’s condition.
